Hazardous Substances Consent AppealsDifferent types and quantities of substances which are subject to control are specified in the Town and Country Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 1992. The consent of the Hazardous Substances Authority (HAS) is required to the keeping of the prescribed amount of any such substance.
